Edgehill Homes is a company built on the foundation of Excellence, Integrity, Creativity and the incredible People on the Edgehill team. Just like every home needs a solid foundation- every company does, too. You can read our client testimonials here, but another source of feedback is from the neighbours at our home building projects.

On the weekends, when our clients swing by to see the progress of our homes, the neighbours give an honest account of the status of the construction site. We hear time and time again that the neighbours are pleased as punch at how respectful our team is and how efficient our builds are. This makes our day and is foundational to what we’re all about.

Now, let’s talk about the integrity of the build. Our homes are built with precision and care, down to the finest detail. We are pleased to be Gold award winners at the CHBA Okanagan Housing Award of Excellence for multiple years in a row. These awards speak to the high-end finishes, architecture, creation and craftsmanship of our builds.

We are intentional with everything from the flow of the floor plan to the design finishes. We know that a well-designed home means you can move in worry-free and focus on what is important to you!

Before you go, we’ll take a moment to officially introduce the heart of the Edgehill Team. Edgehill Homes started as a husband and wife build + design team and has since grown. Nick leads the home build crew and Teresa leads the home design team. The whole Edgehill Homes team has a huge heart for Summerland, BC and we enjoy knocking it out of the park with our home builds.  We believe it’s an honour to build intentional, well-designed homes that will hold memories for years to come.
